Accessibility
This website uses the following conventions to improve accessibility:
- All pages use standard compliant formatting including H1 to H6 styles for titles, in the appropriate order of relevance. This helps content retain relevance when viewed in non standard or specialist browsers.
- The website has a customised style sheet for optimal printing performance. This hides the navigation menu and changes the font to a serif-style for optimal page reading.
- XHTML and CSS2 compliant, as verified by the WC3 consortium. This allows for the website to be viewed on the highest possible number of browsers, including PDA style text browsers.
- All images have ALT tags, which help describe images to people using a screen reader.
- All links are written to make sense out of context.
